Sizing clothing for activewear can be difficult a difficult task because of all the different preferences people have - some like a compressed fit while working out, while others like their to feel more comfortable in a loose fit. That's why we've provided you with all the necessary information you need to take a look at before ordering! For the most accurate results, have someone else help with the measurements.

*Important note: Special materials like Reflex+ technology (from our LOLA collection) sometimes make the sizing difficult to adjust! Because of the nature of the material, it's recommended to size down if you're in between sizes and/or don't want a loose fit! 

Top measurements:
Bust-  Measure around your chest, at the fullest point of the bust.
Waist - Measure the narrowest part of your waist, found above your belly button, but below your rib cage.

Bottom measurements:
Waist - Measure the narrowest part of your waist, found above your belly button, but below your rib cage.
Hip - Standing with your feet together, measure around the fullest part of the hips.
